• Full retention or no refund for cancellation received 7 days prior to arrival.
• One day pro - rata cancellation charges will be levied / forfeited for cancellation received 9 days prior to arrival.
• No cancellation charges if cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival.
• The above cancellation policy is not valid during long weekends, Chirstmas, New year and during certain other times of the year.

WelcomHeritage Sheikhpura Kothi is a heritage French chateau located within close proximity of 150 km from the capital city-Delhi making it an ideal destination for quick weekend getaways. Spread over 72 acres of lush land, this 150 year-old property is situated at Hansi, Haryana, the place that is also known as James Skinner?s territory. Hansi also falls conveniently on the route to Shekhawati in Rajasthan.

Going back to the year 1778 this ?gora sahib? Indian or ?Sikandar Sahib? and to a few even ?Iskinner? fought the famous battle with Irish adventurer George Thomas at Hansi in 1801. Preferring to be addressed as Nasir-ud dowlah Bhadur Ghali Jung, James lived like a Indian landlord taking a great interest in development of his estates. With illustrious battle stories behind him, James Skinner died in 184 l and has been buried here.
